what's the right way to measure the front sway bar of the durango? I'm honestly confused here

Easiest way is to use a caliper on a straight part of the sway bar, not near the ends and if no caliper, wrap a string around it, measure the length, divide by 3.14 to get the diameter, that should tell you what bushings or upgrades you're working with. Yeah, kinda dumb it's not stamped somewhere.

Bro, I was saying the same in another thread about these little details manufacturers withhold from us car owners! They thought our default move is to see dealership but it's nice to know how to DIY and help others do the same!

I just want to add, @G.I. joe that if you don't have a caliper, try using a wrench of known sizes to get a close estimate. Measuring the length of the bar isn't the standard for aftermarket parts!
