I've heard not to use SanDisk, PNY, or Lexar USB drives for Uconnect updates, I reached out to US Customer Care, and they said: "Use a 4-32GB USB, preferably Kingston, since the others have hidden files messing with the update. Visit driveuconnect.com for manual updates." Anyone else heard this?

Awesome , ! I'll grab a plain 16GB Kingston and make sure it's formatted to FAT32 with no partitionsYeah, I've heard that too, Uconnect can be picky. I've had the best luck with a plain 16GB Kingston formatted to FAT32, nothing fancy, no partitions
