All the buttons for the lights just never work, ALL. But when opening and closing doors they still automatically turn on and off. Explored all the stuff I think are connected to it, fuses, wires etc. still I cannot figure out why or how this happened. Lost hope and now im here.

never worked? wow, man, I think it's about time for your car to visit the dealership

Agree with this. Your post is a month old already so I don't know how to help you if it's not the dealership. It's dangerous if it's NOT WORKING at all for that long. I'd be surprised if you didn't already visit a mechanic.

What do you mean it never worked? that's dangerous. I'd probably get this to a mechanic if it didn't work the whole day. hopefully you already had it checked by now.

Sounds like your dome override or the manual switch circuit's dead but the door trigger still works fine. I'd check the dome override button first, then trace the switch wiring for breaks or corrosion. If the fuses and connectors look good, might be a busted switch module.

How come the lights "never work"? I mean I don't get how that could happen. What model is this?

Sounds like a circuit override or switch issue, I agree. If it's already fixed, fingers crossed it was something simple, like cleaning a connector or just changing a fuse!
