the title says it all. So, when the car isn't running, there's this ½ second weird buzzing sound that repeats every five seconds,

there's a vibration too, in the shift lever. Can anyone tell me what happened here?

It could be coming from the electronic parking brake? I'm not sure really. It could also be some electrical component near the transmission or probably a loose relay. Just use your OBD. Gonna help for sure.

Probably a stuck relay, or more commonly, something like the EVAP purge valve cycling when it's not supposed to.

Possible to attach an audio file? I can't really pinpoint from descriptions alone.

These are some solid suggestions, maybe it's a relay, the EVAP valve, or even the parking brake actuator acting up. Also, good thinking on getting a scan with an OBD. If you can, sharing an audio clip would really help us pinpoint the issue more easily
