A/C not cold when idle

I drive a '22 Durango 392. I live in Phoenix and I think my A/C is giving up in this killer heat! It's working while moving but at idle, it's basically useless. When I rev the engine, it gets marginally better. I also own a '17 Hellcat but it never had this issue. I've booked an appointment at dealership but they can only accommodate me after three weeks. Any quick fixes you know?

Oh, I'm well aware of Phoenix heat. You should ask the help from an actual specialist now. There are HVAC mechanics that can really help you. They do something different with the wiring to fix it.
