I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango Citadel last spring and both fobs were already showing low battery messages from day 1. We replaced the batteries right away but the warning still flashes now and then even when the fob's range and remote start work fine. I asked a coworker with a 2020 model and they said they've never seen the issue, so now I'm wondering if there's a software update I missed. Could the system be misreading voltage levels or maybe something's up with the sensor in the cabin? Has anyone tried getting the dealer to reprogram or test the fob with their diagnostic tool?
