2020 Durango GT privacy screen

I've been working at this local dealership for two decades. This is the first time someone complained to me about this issue. Well, yesterday, I sold a 2020 Durango GT to a customer and they bombarded me with calls today at 11 o clock in the evening saying the rear privacy screen wasn't included. Is this now considered an accessory instead of standard equipment? Seems odd, especially since earlier trims used to come with it. I haven't noticed this until today so I guess the customer is always right and I need to learn more from you guys here.

From what I know, the rear cargo cover or privacy screen was included with certain packages like the Safety Security & Convenience Group, but not always standard on the 2020 GT trim. Dodge shuffled features around a bit over the years. Did the build sheet list it as included? Might help clear things up with the customer.

The rear privacy screen used to be standard on a lot of trims, but somewhere along the line, Dodge started making it an optional accessory on certain models, even ones like the GT. Its frustrating because its not always obvious unless you're deep into the window sticker or build sheet.

Dodge and every other manufacturer started making this to cut on costs. If we had these little things today cars would be much more expensive. On one hand I understand that, but on the other it's a bit annoying and it puts people like @dodgeridoo in a tight spot. Speaking of, what are you going to do about this?

Yeah, on some recent Durango trims the rear privacy screen got shifted to an optional accessory rather than standard
